Our Juzu Beads are strung one by one, completely by hand. We have two kinds of Juzu beads: those that are strung with monofilament and those that are strung with leather cord. Both types need to be handled with care and never rubbed.
Beads strung with monofilament can be easily hand-washed in cold water, while beads that are strung with leather cord can be cleaned by wiping them off with a damp cloth. We are currently looking into possible alternatives to eventually be able to offer our beads to the little ones, for now however, they are not intended for children.
