Placing your Order
To place your order simply send us an email stating which product you would like to purchase and we will send you a secure PayPal invoice. For orders within the U.S. we gladly accept Paypal Money Orders and personal checks. For international orders we only accept U.S. dollars through paypal. Paypal is the fastest and most secure method for online transactions. However, if you would like to pay with a money order, or by check please let us know when you email us to place your order so that we can send you our address.

Shipping Information
Available items ship immediately upon received payment. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the creation of your custom made order.We ship your U.S. order using USPS first class mail to keep our shipping fees as low as possible. Please consider that First Class mail takes 3 to 5 business days to arrive. If you need your item sooner, please let us know and we will make the necessary arrangements for a faster shipping. We will email you the confirmation number once your item has been shipped. Insurance on your package is optional but highly recommended, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping transit. $1.60 covers up to $50 dollars value. We will purchase insurance for you on all orders over $100 dollars. Please email us for a quote on shipping for locations outside the U.S.

If you encounter a problem with your order please let us know as soon as possible. If by any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, please let us know and return it within one week of purchase and we will give you a full refund, minus the shipping cost.
